Diana Wagner is a shareholder with Ingram,Wallis and Company, P.C. She has over 16 years experience in auditing, as well as corporate,partnership, and individual income tax preparation. Her clients are varied and include governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, manufacturers, and agricultural related entities.
Diana graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2000. She joined Ingram, Wallis and Company, P.C. in 2001. Diana is a member of the Brazos Valley Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed to practice in Texas.
Diana and her husband Duane have two daughters.
